Nollywood Actress Temitope Osoba Dies After Battle With Cancer

The Nigerian film industry has been thrown into mourning following the death of Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba, who reportedly died after a battle with cancer.

The sad news was announced by her close friend and colleague, Alesh Ola Sanni, in an emotional post shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday.

Expressing his grief, Sanni revealed that he had been unable to sleep since learning of Osoba’s passing, describing her as a dear sister with whom he shared many unforgettable memories.

“Couldn’t sleep since last night 😭 it’s well 🙏 Rest in peace my dearest sister ❤️ Temitope Osoba 😭 We had amazing time and good memories together 🙏 Till we meet again…. I really dunno what to say mehn 🥹 gosh 💔,” he wrote.

Although the actress had reportedly been battling cancer, her death has come as a painful loss to colleagues, fans and the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Temitope Osoba was known for her roles in Yoruba Nollywood productions and earned admiration for her talent and dedication to the movie industry.
