Aiyedatiwa Targets One Million Votes for Tinubu in Ondo

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has inaugurated the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Election Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections, targeting at least one million votes for President Bola Tinubu in the state.

Aiyedatiwa charged members of the council, directorates and sub-committees to unite and intensify grassroots mobilisation to secure victory for Tinubu and other APC candidates in the elections.

The governor urged the campaign team to promote the achievements of the Tinubu-led Federal Government and his administration in Ondo State as part of efforts to convince voters to support the party.

He highlighted infrastructure development, regular payment of workers’ salaries, improvements in healthcare, support for education and graduate training as areas the campaign team should communicate to residents.

The Deputy Governor, Olayide Adelami, and other APC leaders also called for intensive grassroots campaigns, including house-to-house and street-to-street mobilisation, to achieve the target of one million votes for Tinubu in Ondo State.

The party leaders pledged to work together towards the victory of all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
