Mushin LG Offers 1,000 Additional Free Health Insurance Slots to Residents
The Mushin Local Government, in collaboration with the Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA), has announced an additional 1,000 free health insurance slots for residents of the area.
The initiative, announced by the Executive Chairman of Mushin Local Government, Hon. Tunbosun Haruna Arowe, follows the successful enrolment of 1,300 residents under the free health insurance programme.
According to the announcement, the additional beneficiaries will have access to quality healthcare services free of charge for one year under the initiative.
The council urged interested residents to take advantage of the opportunity, describing it as part of efforts to improve access to affordable and quality healthcare for people in Mushin.
Enrollment for the additional slots is scheduled to take place from Monday, August 10, to Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
