The Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Kashifu Inuwa, is set to participate in OffChart NXT 2026 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The conference, scheduled for October 22 and 23, will bring together technology entrepreneurs, startups, investors, policymakers, businesses and other stakeholders to discuss digital transformation and innovation in Africa.

Inuwa, whose agency is a strategic partner to the event, will deliver a keynote address titled “Hubs to Networks: Building Nigeria’s Connected Innovation Economy Connecting Talent, Technology and Opportunity.”

The NITDA boss is also expected to participate in a high-level ministerial roundtable involving commissioners and heads of state ICT and digital economy agencies.

The roundtable will focus on inter-state digital infrastructure, innovation networks and practical strategies for implementing digital economy initiatives across Nigeria.

OffChart NXT is the successor to the StartupSouth Conference and represents the 11th edition of the platform.

The event is expected to provide a platform for discussions on enterprise growth, access to capital, innovation, market expansion and the development of Africa’s emerging economic corridors.

Organisers said the Port Harcourt gathering will connect founders, investors, institutions, policymakers and ecosystem builders working to shape the continent’s next phase of economic growth.
