APC Presidential Campaign Council To Flag Off Tinubu’s Re-Election Campaign In Kaduna October 24
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council has announced plans to officially flag off its campaign for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Kaduna State on October 24, 2026.
The Director-General of the council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar, disclosed this in a press statement, urging party members, leaders, coordinators and supporters across the country to mobilise for the event.
Yari said the campaign would begin in Kaduna before moving to other states, adding that the council would continue its activities across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.
According to him, the campaign is aimed at securing another four-year mandate for Tinubu to complete the reforms initiated by his administration.
“The President took tough decisions that many before him avoided, and Nigerians have carried part of that burden with him. We owe it to them to make sure the reforms are completed and they see the full benefit,” Yari said.
He called on party members, state chapters and support groups to begin mobilisation ahead of the event, stressing the need for a large turnout and a peaceful campaign.
The APC campaign council chief also urged young Nigerians and other supporters to participate in the mobilisation exercise and work with the council’s secretariat to ensure the success of the campaign.
Yari said the party intended to strengthen its support at the grassroots by reaching voters in every ward and polling unit.
He added that party members should engage residents directly and explain why they believe the Tinubu administration deserves another term.
“Kaduna is where that work begins for us,” he said.
The campaign council expressed confidence that its mobilisation efforts would help secure victory for Tinubu, while calling on supporters to attend the Kaduna flag-off peacefully.
