Motorist Escapes Unhurt as Car Splits in Two on Ogwashi-Uku–Asaba Expressway

A motorist narrowly escaped death after his car split into two in a serious road crash along the Ogwashi-Uku–Asaba Expressway in Delta State.

Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred on Monday, leaving the vehicle completely wrecked after it broke into two parts on the highway. Despite the severity of the crash, the driver emerged from the vehicle without any injuries.

Videos from the scene showed the car torn apart, with debris scattered across the road, while the owner, dressed in a red outfit, was seen walking around moments after the incident.

According to eyewitnesses, there were no casualties or reported injuries, describing the driver’s survival as miraculous.

Security operatives were later deployed to the scene to manage the situation and ensure the free flow of traffic as motorists slowed down to catch a glimpse of the damaged vehicle.
