Residents of a community in Delta State were seen scrambling to scoop fuel from a leaking tanker in a video circulating on X, despite the dangers associated with handling spilled petroleum products.

The video showed dozens of people carrying buckets, jerrycans and other containers as they rushed toward the leaking tanker to collect fuel.

Some residents were also seen pushing and shoving one another in a desperate attempt to reach the tanker first, while others struggled to fill their containers amid the chaotic scene.
